We use short supply chains for our entire range so our frozen products retain optimal freshness and all of their sensory qualities when defrosted:
Every day we select high quality seafood from the fish markets which is then approved and graded according to our clients’ specifications.
We fillet our fish by hand immediately after the catch is landed and portion them using our portioners to guarantee a consistent weight.
We freeze products in our freezing tunnel using nitrogen technology to quickly lower the products’ temperature in order to preserve their texture.
We package our products in boxes or bags, as requested by our clients.
